Franklin Templeton International Services S.à r.l, as Sole Director and Alternative Investment Fund Manager of Fondul Proprietatea SA, announces that the Sole Director Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, is available starting with 24 April 2023, 9:00 AM (Romania time) on Fondul Proprietatea official webpage, www.fondulproprietatea.ro, under Section « Investor Relations / Financial Results » and at Fondul Proprietatea's headquarters in Bucharest, 76 - 80 Buzeşti Street, 7th floor, district 1, Romania, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.
