on the Publication of Preliminary Consolidated Report for 2019

S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that it will publish the 2019 Preliminary Consolidated Report and will organize a conference call on February 25, 2020, as follows:

Ø The 2019 Preliminary Consolidated Report (unaudited) will be available starting with 8:30 AM (Romania time):

·; on Bucharest Stock Exchange website, www.bvb.ro; 

·; on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com;

·; on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - Annual Reports - 2019.

·; as a printed version, at the Company's headquarters, located in Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu County.

The 2019 Preliminary Consolidated Annual Report is based on unaudited consolidated financial information prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards.

Ø The conference call with investors and financial analysts, for the purpose of presenting and discussing the preliminary results, will be held starting with 1:30 PM (Romania time). The conference call will be held in English.
