First Tin PLC, a tin development company with advanced, low capex projects in Germany and Australia, announces that it has been notified that Metals X Limited, a person closely associated with Brett Smith and Peter Gunzburg, who are both Non-Executive Directors at the Company, has purchased 1,000,000 shares in First Tin at a price of 5 pence per share on Monday 12 August 2024,
Following this transaction, MetalsX Limited holds a beneficial interest in 72,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 22.76 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
