The Programme Admission Particulars includes details of the Stonewater Group's Sustainable Finance Framework published in June 2021 and which can be viewed on the Stonewater Group's website at https://www.stonewater.org/about-us/investor-relations/. Notes issued under the Note Programme may be specified as "Sustainability Bonds" and in such circumstances the net proceeds of the Notes will be used for sustainable purposes in accordance with the Sustainable Finance Framework
