Pursuant to clause 7 (e) of the Terms and Conditions of the £95,000,000 4.255 per cent. Secured Guaranteed Bonds due 2047 (the "Bonds") the Issuer and the Guarantor invite Bondholders to attend an annual information meeting at 3.00pm on Tuesday 29th March 2022.
The meeting is to be held in person at 8 Queen Anne Street, London, W1G 9LD. If you wish to attend please email jharding@eskmuir.com. In the event further Covid movement restrictions are enacted alternative arrangements will be made, confirmed attendees will be advised accordingly.
