Pursuant to clause 7 (e) of the Terms and Conditions of the £95,000,000 4.255 per cent. Secured Guaranteed Bonds due 2047 (the "Bonds") the Issuer and the Guarantor invite Bondholders to attend an annual information meeting at 3.00pm on Wednesday 15th April 2026.
