In accordance with article 82 of the Securities Market Act, ENDESA, S.A. (the “Company” or “Endesa”), hereby submits the following
SIGNIFICANT EVENT
Further to Significant Event notice No. 218059 published on 17 September 2014, we hereby inform that, following shareholder approval at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on 21 October, Endesa has today transferred its 100% stake in Endesa Latinoamérica, S.A. and its 20.3% stake in Enersis, S.A. to Enel Energy Europe, S.R.L., wholly owned by Enel SpA., for a total purchase price of 8,252.9 million euros.
