Happy Days ..... the beat moves on :)
Given the results of other Mines in the Country, and known resource to be recovered for a Strategic product, I figure 20p is a bare minimum. 30p not impossible. It is hard to nail until the DFS ..... but it is certainly way over 3p rofl :)
News keeps getting better :)

Sharp falls in Gold are due to optimism on a US/China Deal Stage 1 boasting the US Dollar, long way to go on a full deal. You'll know when the Crash is imminent as folk (seriously) run for Gold safety. Right now the Gold downturn is because of the Dollar strength on the possibility of a US/China Deal.
I dont see much Political risk other than revolution In-Country .... not impossible there, but still an outside risk. Economy wise we are getting stagnant at best, highly likely a Global Crash - we are way overdue the latter. Whether the latter happens depends on how much the EU is prepared to print money - the EU shot its bolt on printing money last time, not much room left to do that.... the US is Printing ...
Overall there will be a price hit when the inevitable global crash comes, hard to say when that will be. It should not affect ramping up the mine (we have £1m cash reserve), but could affect Production levels for a while with reduced buyers. I reckon they will be ok until aka early Spring 2021, then it depends on the outurn of any Global crash.
This is a sound investment that will do really well in the medium term. If anyone is in it for the short term, stay nimble you have a Global Crash to navigate at some point :)
Does this deserve a re-rate .... thats for sure.
But ..... its not happening until after the DFS. It will steadily creep up as we approach the DFS, but the big moves are not happening until after DFS whatever attempt is made to talk it up.
Minor good news will feed it for sure ..... but its the DFS thats going to ignite it.
Armadale needs solid formal agreed fact to move to the next level, yelling and shouty statements will be ignored by The Markets.
Its just Game playing before the formal DFS
Appeared yesterday: Joint STIPULATION to Dismiss Case pursuant to FRCP 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) filed by Plaintiff Dynamic Digital Depth Research PTY LTD.(Whitehurst, Alan) Await the outcome.
DDD Group announces restructuring Los Angeles, California: DDD Group plc, the advanced imaging company, announces that it has undertaken a restructuring of the Group following delays in the shipment of the Group’s TriDef SmartCam and TriDef VR software by two significant affiliate licensees. Forecasts prepared by the Group assumed that shipments of both products would commence during the second quarter however delays in the introduction of the licensee products with which the software will be shipped has a corresponding impact on when end users will be able to complete their post evaluation purchases. While both licensees have confirmed that their shipments will commence during the third quarter, the delay in revenue prompted the board to act to restructure the Group pending the revenues from these and other licensees reaching a suitable level with respect to the operating costs of the Group. Consequently the Group has implemented a round of layoffs that impact the Group’s technical development team in Perth, Australia and the marketing team in Los Angeles, California. The Group continues to sell its TriDef SmartCam, TriDef VR and TriDef 3D software apps from the TriDef.com website along with the UPix apps on the Google Play store and the Apple App store. In addition, the Group’s affiliates continue to offer TriDef SmartCam through the pre-existing license agreements. As a result of the restructuring, the Group will be closing the Perth, Australia office and is planning to vacate the office in Los Angeles. In view of the closure of the physical offices, the Group has moved its information technology infrastructure to the cloud to enable the ongoing operation of the various subsidiaries. The Group has also withdrawn the legacy TriDef 3D Mobile apps from the Google Play store due to a continued slowdown in demand for stereoscopic mobile applications that has been previously reported. The Group may require additional funding within the next 12 months if the delays in the affiliate revenue persist or a change occurs in the market. There remains uncertainty that contract negotiations will be finalised or performance will be as expected. If there are further material adverse variances against the Group’s forecasts, the Group would need to implement additional mitigating actions to manage cash resources.
Nice pick-up on the schedule ....... its like watching paint dry rofl :)
Anyone not got the link to get shares in LG, use the link below and scroll down a few. Click just under the DDD logo for the latest. The next Auction (they are every 3 months) is end of November. Shares on offer at the Auction are shown on the screen. You'll have to do some digging to make a bid et al, instructions are there - Bids are made by "sealed bids", do make sure you do your homework on the process, "Matched Bargains" is not the most user friendly process on the Planet .... :) ...... nor is it the fastest. If you want to Bid, dont hang around, sooner rather than later - but only you can make that choice. http://assetmatch.com/app/OurCompanies DDD Screen: http://assetmatch.com/app/OurCompanies/CompanyProfile?companyId=1460 Doubt the small lots shown at present will be around if this all gets sorted aka 18 Nov+(ish) at the next Court Meeting ...... lap of the Gods .... might even find more "Sales" popup if this continues to drag on .... I have no idea, your guess is as good as mine on that front :)
The Court - in effect - ruled LG out in the Markman Hearing. As the Markman Hearing's purpose is to outline the pertinent points of law relating to the case, overseen by a Qualified Trial Judge (no Jury). For LG to proceed further would be crazy, now they have been ruled against - they are almost certain to lose now if it went to Full Trial. If a Company would go bust if they lost, you could understand them fighting to last; but for LG this is - in effect - small change in the Cash column, they will not even feel a bump rofl :) This might - at last - come to a conclusion in the relative near term ..... that would be nice :)
Anyone wanting to keep track of the Court Case can do so on the Link below. You will not get absolute detail on it - you would have to stump up a Registration fee for that ..... but its enough for to keep track of how the Court Case is going in, You just get access to the last few events / moves / documents in the case, so make sure you have a peek every week or so else some entries will appear and drop out of sight before you see them. https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/8780972/Dynamic_Digital_Depth_Research_PTY_LTD_v_LG_Electronics_Inc_et_al Keep expectations in check is a slow-ol-business ..... :) ..... personally I can live without the fine details, the entries on screen are enough to keep up to speed on the Court "progress". Progress is a relative term here - the wheels of Justice move exceeding slowly in this type of case rofl, as each and every minute detail and procedure, is contested, argued, and tossed around. We still have not yet reached the main substance of the case, despite the filing being circa 18 months ago :)
Share Sales for DDD Group are now every 3 months via one outlet. That means "normal" Market Dynamics will not come into play in the same way as Stock Market Traded Shares, nor do they respond to Hype. The price will only move as a result of the last matched bargin. (every 3 months), and for a long while, the "price" will bare no relation to future Market Possibilities in anything like a timely manner, only to the last purchase and there will be few of those. By in large Traders have now got out, leaving holders for a genuine long term. If the Court Case against LG succeeds, all bets are off, and the price anyone will be asked to pay will jump massively. Other than that, existing Holders need to batten down the hatches for the Long Run, or get out at a loss - thats if anyone will buy them in the Quarterly Market, because they will now not respond to Market Hype, only to reality after the fact. In the latter case, no one will sell if the Case succeeds unless they are demented or need the cash, and if it doesnt succeed, they will in effect be worthless for a year or two at least. I personally think DDD Group are a good Company and worth holding long term; but no-one should even dream of short term share movements unless the Court Case succeeds. Shares will only trade on a Matched basis, not in response to Hype.
Aye, for sure, because SmartCam et al is not in the Frame for the Court Case. The Court Case does however have a Major Impact on DDD, and Apple are not going near DDD until this gets resolved, they are in no rush - else they would have bought into SmartCam already.(thats if its their intent). Hopefully the Court Case gets sorted out in the next few weeks, and clears the decks, as the saying goes.
Hmmmm indeed :) Well spotted - I had a peek ..... that article goes on to report : "The feature will not, however, be available at launch but will rather be provided as an update later on." No question ..... "2+2 could equal 5" (as the saying goes) with this one...... ...... but, if it was ..... then Apple couldn't use it until the current DDD Case clear's Court. Speculation ?? - that's for sure, no question - but its definitely worth a "Hmmmmmm" ..... :)
DDD certainly have a sound case re Licencing claim on LG, and DDD have engaged arguably the best Litigator in the US representing them. A considerable number of manufacturers have pulled out of 3D, but LG have stayed in the 3D technologies for their High End PCs in their new 2016 range. However, stay balanced on this, the US is notorious for mega inflated initial claims in the Courts, settling for a half or even a third is far from uncommon. Even so, even at that reduced level, the impact on the share price could be considerable. Lets see how she goes ..... despite the downturn in 3D adoption globally, its a technology that will have its day, and DDD are perfectly positioned for that eventual day ..... Meanwhile, one step at a time, lets see how they get on with the Court Case :)
Aye ..... I am second in the queue behind you on that one. They are a very good Company at their Core, and were caught by the 2011/12 downturn along with being ahead of the 3D game. Whilst it could be said with justification they didnt spend enough time protecting their IP - that argument will rattle on forever - they certainly are now, and justifiably so. The cash call around Q3 last year should keep them going through the coming Global Crash mid this year, so they are set up well now. Lets hope they follow through. I firmly believe they will follow through and deliver, and it will turn into a notable turnaround story in the future; especially if the IP actions in the courts come to fruition, which is looking increasingly likely - lets wait and see. Interesting times ahead with DDD, this is all going to work extremely well and transcend the coming Global Crash mid this year, or they will Crash & Burn spectacularly. My money is on the former ..... fingers crossed :)
