ALR/RRR also have not done a jot of drilling and also have no equipment.

So i would imagine their pitch to attract an offtake deal would be like a good but cringing episode of Dragon's den.

Aklee, the stockbox inteviewer pointed out 2 days ago that the twitter photos that RRR posted are of Lepidolite (not Spodumene).

Poster "Helpful" or Stephen Lundy has a 10% stake in ALR and in previous months his calculations have always been based on Spodumene and not the lithium in Lepidolite. Also he said that the ALR/RRR project is similar to the Blesberg Marula Mining project which is also mainly Spodumene.

So will the inferior Lepidolite attract an offtake deal?

I could detect Bell's annoyance when the knowledgeable interviewer pointed out that the photo of rocks that Red Rock had tweeted was Lepidolite and not the more desirable higher graded purple spodumene.

I've just listened and i thought Bell came across very defensive. I think Mark the interviewer was too knowledgeable for Bell's liking. Mark is always interviewing PREM's George Roach on Lithium and Marula's Jason Brewer on Lithium and so of course now he has a very good understanding. So when he asked a question he wanted a detailed answer. However Bell seemed unwilling or unable to give it.

Mark the interviewer seemed to annoy Bell when he said he understood how both PREM and Marula were proceeding with operations but he was trying to picture the scene with ALR/RRR and how they were going about things. However then the interview went inaudible when Bell went into a mini rant about "Smoke puffing".

Could anybody understand what Bell said around the 5 minute 40 second point? Could you please tell me what he said?

So overall i think the interviewer did a good job but i don't think Bell liked it. In fact if sharetalk still exist Bell may start going back to them for interviews because that little Geordie fellow always asked Bell very easy questions. 😂

PS: Go on people blow me away by telling me it was all my wild imagination and Bell actually gave a wonderful interview? 🥴

This is tired old regurgitated news that we've seen numerous times over the years. 😐

I'm not one of those bashers but i'll still offer my opinion.

(1) Migori in Kenya: The 3 year license ended at the beginning of August 2023. Red Rock are still awaiting to see if license will be renewed.

(2) Australian licences: A joint venture with Power metals. An early year POW rns did say: "whilst extremely exciting, is hard to establish with limited drilling and an enhanced programme will be needed to establish a reliable grade. It has long been our intention to fund such further exploration through an IPO."

Though look through both companies recent RNSes and hardly any mention of the joint venture these days.

(3) El Limon: Red Rock sold the mine over 8 years ago. Since the sale minimal royalty payments have been paid to Red Rock.

(4) Faso in Burkina Faso: The poster 'Helpful' invested in this project so he is understandably forever optimistic but the UK government travel advice is that Burkina Faso is a no go travel zone: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/burkina-faso

Banbury, one slight caution.

Many years ago on an old, now closed down Bell personal twitter account, his main twitter photo was a family photo. From vague memory it was Bell with a similar aged women, Frederick and then two girls who looked around 20.

Whether he had an Ozzy Osbourne like extra child who didn't like appearing on camera i do not know.

I only know that is one of his sons because i remember when they first listed on the TSX a few years ago.

Banbury, Bell's aim when releasing fundraising RNS's is to try to confuse investors. Until i spotted that part my answer to Ajaye was going to be the same as yours.

This seems unlikely and i may have read it wrong but from the RNS it appears if Bell can keep all placements under £200,000 for the next six months then he can prevent CLN holders converting or cashing out. So the CLN holders would have to wait the full six months. That would be very sneaky but funny if Andrew tried that. 😂

Our opinion differs i would say yes the RNS says they get warrants. Also Ajaye it's 6% plus an additional 0.5% interest each month.

A quick glance at RNS when the next discounted placing happens at RRR those with the convertible loan notes can convert them if they wish into shares 15% below the placement price.

So to me that is not good news.
