Helpful if you were referring to my post i think you misunderstood. When i said Sam Mahendran would likely be given for free a big percentage in ALR in return for his experience and him lending money. Red Rock would probably give him some of their stake in ALR but you would also be expected to give him some of your stake in ALR. 🤓

Red Rock haven't said what the arrangement would be with the entrepreneur Sam Mahendran. The entrepreneur over at Marula, Qu*nton Van Der Burgh lends Marula money. Is Sam Mahendran doing the same?

I'm sure in the stockbox interview Bell said only Sam Mahendran would be going to Dubai for disscusions about a possible offtake . So you would assume this is happening because he has the money and so he can make the promises. Of course the discussions in Dubia about a possible offtake deal may amount to nothing. The chinese may be unimpressed.

So my guess is Sam Mahendran gets a big free stake in the RRR/ALR projects in return for lending money to advance projects.

The 3 year term of the Kenyan licence ended at the beginning of August and still no renewal announcement.

If i were from the Kenyan government i would be deeply unimpressed how little they've done with the licence these past 3 years and i wouldn't be surprised if the licence isn't renewed. If not you'd probably get a line about it in Decembers annual results.

Recently Marula were given a trial contract to see if they could deliver just over 27 tonnes. I believe over 6 weeks later it still hasn't been delivered.

Marula also recently reneged on an offtake agreement with Southern Jade Resources to deliver 2000 tonnes of high grade spodumene. They were forward paid $2.5 million for the first 1000 ton delivery but that has had to be refunded with interest because they couldn't deliver.

So the point is, Marula who have a big backer and equipment are still struggling to honour contracts, so what chance does a small tinpot hill outfit like ALR/RRR have honouring any future offtake deals? I would say near zero percent chance because they have done no drilling so have little certainty what's in the ground, they have no big backer, no equipment and they've assembled a ramshackle of a team that is laughable. It's also laughable to think that ALR/RRR will be offered an offtake agreement that will multibag this price. They'd probably get offered like Marula a similar 27 tonnes trial, which would mean they'd have to acquire equipment and a workforce for that small amount.

Just looked and 'Helpful's' 11 October 4.20pm and 4.22pm posts he gave links to 2 Red Rock tweets. Now when clicking on them they have gone.

Specinvestor i am not a twitter or X member so because Elon Musk banned non members i cannot view twitter these days. I'm sure there are many non members like me. So pretty moronic of Red Rock management if they continue to near exclusively promote on there when lots of non members won't be able to view it.

With you being Canadian i don't know if you realise this about UK AIM investing. There is hundreds of dodgy promoters or rampers on twitter in the UK who are just like "Helpful" who post on twitter everyday saying absolute anything about a company to get a share price to rise. Many of these seedy characters got banned from these share forums years ago so they now reside on X or twitter. So i'm suspecting today's price rise is because of that.

Does something similar happen in Canada?

So 'Helpful' the new rule changes came in early May 2023. So why for many weeks after that rule change were you inudating this thread talking about the huge money that would be quickly made at Tin hill from quick and easy local sales?

Banbury and Passiton. Below is from one of Marula's RNS's. So with only a total of a small 8 kilograms sampled (4x2kg) then handpicking the best coloured rocks in the stockpile is certainly a possibility.

It's amazing how we all interpret RNS's differently but looking at today's RNS i was instantly underwhelmed. It looked very hit and miss with some grades decent but some grades low. Also very small 2 kilogram samples. Different colour rock indicate higher grade so with samples that small they could have handpicked the grades that visually looked the best.

I know many like to compare RRR/ALR with Marula's lithium Blesberg project. This RNS said they recently had 30 Tonnes of Stockpile sampled: https://www.aquis.eu/stock-exchange/announcements/4211568
