Banbury, you didn't hype up Zimbabwe and tell investors that millions would quickly be made. You didn't keep telling investors that all the millions was imminent from Congo. You didn't raise millions and dilute shareholders to oblivion with multitude of fundraises.

So that recently some have tried to shift the RRR collapse on you is ludicrous. The collapse is firmly on the shoulders of Red Rock CEO Andrew Bell and his chief pumper Helpful or Stephen Lundy and anyone who suggests otherwise is deluded and doesn't want to face the facts.

Yes looking back it was very funny how he had no ability in hiding who he was. 😆

I remember one of his earlier names was RRRrealistic.

Banbury, the thing is at one stage he had lse admin remove all of his posts. So you only see a few latter posts after he had seen the light on Bell.

When he says he owned 13% bear in mind around 2013 the market cap here was over £10 million.

The thing about Dan Sklan unlike Lundy he was polite. Plus he always bought his shares on the open market. Around 2015 there was an RNS that he was willing to put £100,000 towards the development of a new Ivory coast project. But some time after in a later deleted post he said he had given RRR the first £10,000 but he had also insisted he wanted to see of a complete breakdown of precisely what his money was being spent on but Bell wouldn't do that so Sklan quite wisely stopped at £100,000. After he had wised up to Bell he said although he HAD lost big on RRR he had also invested directly into Jupiter and at that time he had recouped a lot of money on that.

When you say Hedgehog i don't know if you mean megabore Vinihedgepig? I think Vini accused some of us of working for 20p a post. He must have got banned over 10 times. He came back with names like FriendorFoe and PrayingMantis. He did also return calling himself Hedgehog and apparently he was now a female and a family friend of Vini and she said Vini was a lovely guy who was the salt of the earth. Then the masked slipped and it was no female but bitter boy Vini and he once again got banned.

The last i saw was on another thread and he was no longer a fan of Bell. But for all we know he may have been posting regularly on this thread these past few years but now a Bell hater.

You can't be going from conclusion this week to still be waiting in February. It seems the two interviews last week were for just two things. That is the two placings.

Dukey, yes at the top of his post it say 0.45p. Todays share price is 5/6 times smaller. 🥴

Banbury, i recall Helpful in the past saying that big RRR shareholder Charles Topham was a client of his. Of course there has been a big drop in share price these past few years so Topham may have now dumped Lundy.

Or maybe Bell convinced gullible Lundy that it would make sense to allow him to disapply the pre emption rights. And he fell for it. 🥴

If you look on companies house Topham was in Chesire which is in the county Manchester is in.

For the first couple of years Lundy with his large RRR shareholder client was blocking Bell from disapplying the pre-emption rights. Then once Bell eventually won that vote it's been downhill ever since.

Banbury yes i think he is. Though i may be wrong.

Also i actually think he bought into Elephant oil after he saw Matt Lofgran was CEO of Elephant and Andrew Bell had already bought into it. He's a fanboy of both.

Years ago i actually remember 3 companies who owned shares in Elephant oil. I believe Red Rock were the first. Then investment company who once called themselver Paternoster (now they are called Riverfort global - RGO); lastly i recall Prospex oil and gas owning some. I believe they later changed their name. I don't believe the last two hold Elephant shares anymore.

Well apparently big RRR shareholder Charles Topham is Lundy"s client and at Red Rock's recent GM they disapplied the pre-emption rights. If i remember correctly if you don't disapply the pre-emption you have to offer the big shareholders the chance to stay at the same percentage in the company. So they get offered a chance to partake in any placing. So that RRR disapplied the pre-emption rights meant Bell could bypass the big RRR shareholders in todays placing. So highly likely Bell decided to dilute Lundy's client without Lundy knowing.

Yes i again agree. As you have said numerous times he is an insider and he shouldn't be posting here. His toxicity doesn't help one bit.

Anyway this is depressing. Watching this company is like watching a sinking lithium ship. I'll probably be back in a few hours. ☹️

Just imagine around Manchester is Stephen Lundy who offers financial advice to people. 🥴

He persuaded some clients that Red Rock was a good investment. 🥴 Like Dukey would say their Red Rock investment is looking more and more like the middle of a doughnut. 🥴

Let's not forget this garbage expert also persuaded some clients that investing directly into Red Rock's Burkino Faso and into ALR Zimbabwe would also be a good investment. 🥴 I recall the other month his thought process was because others would think investing in those countries would be insane so he thought it was a good idea. 🥴

I recall a few years back he was laughing at those who had previously lost in Red Rock and he said if they were stupid enough to buy in a downward market then that was their fault. Then he went on and said that he had picked the correct time to invest in Red Rock. 🥴

I guess the moral here is if you know someone who is taking advice from him, fall to your knees, cling to their legs and beg them to see sense. ☹️

Because now the cln holders can convert their convertible loan notes into Red Rock shares 15% below todays 0.075p placing price. Which would be 0.06375p. 🥴

When their backs are to the walls and they fear the gravy train is coming to an end these low life immoral individuals will say and do anything to keep it going.

Let's be realistic if RRR were really getting big money quickly after Christmas then even Bent Bell wouldn't be f****** shareholders over with a huge 30% discounted placing.

What Bell says in the RNS comments is very questionable. If after the election a payment doesn't quickly come then i will look back at those comments and say he is a lying crooked scûmbag.

I don't know how to repost screenshots but i just remembered i screenshotted the two RRR tweets that had misleading dodgy photos. Or you could say what was shown were actual photos but the RRR written tweets were lies.

The 1 photo Red Rock tweet that showed numerous small looking 1 ton bags. It was later discovered to be a lie by Red Rock because it wasn't ALR/RRR lithium ore but an old marketing photo.
