So when the RRR share price was over 0.1025p RRR chairman Andrew Bell agreed to a £500,000 placing at 0.075p, which then enabled the Oct 2023 CLN holders to convert their CLNs into 0.06375p RRR shares.

Now that's REAL value destruction and Andrew Bell agreed to it. So it would be utterly laughable 😂😂😂 if Andrew Bell then tried to take someone to court for RRR value destruction. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Although i can only see part of it because i am not subscribed, however from reading the part article i'm guessing Winnifrith is saying: when a useless bullboy chairman like Andrew Bell pompously goes onto a thread and threatens people it screams RED FLAG steer clear of that company.

The other week i did a post and i said since Bell and Kaintz were no longer running CRCL i felt at peace and no longer had any urge to post on the CRCL thread.

I bet Bell wouldn't be using a show of hands when he's next up for re-election. 😂😂

The thing is useless Scott was meant to soon be leaving almost 4 years ago but even after todays announcement he is still at the company.

I believe Bell is almost 70 years old and you would think if he were thinking of retirement he would stop being both Chairman and CEO and bring somebody else in to fill in one of those roles. That way when he retired or preferably was sacked it would be a more seamless transition. At present being both Chairman and CEO he only answers to himself.

Me personally i always think he intends to carry on at Red Rock well into his 80s. Afterall he is the son of a politician and they go on forever. Also look at Bell historic twitter posts and he is an huge supporter of both Vladmir Putin and Donald Trump and they are now in their 70s. So unfortunately in 15 years he'll be Red Rock Joe Biden. 😐

Interesting to look back at "Longerms" old Red Rock posts. He is a former big Red Rock shareholder.

Start at page 3 and you can see him become dissatisfified with Bell's company performance when the share price was near 1.20p. He tried to reason with "helpful" who had quite a lot of company influence at that time because Charles Topham (his then client) was the biggest Red Rock shareholder. Unsurprisingly "Helpful" being the ultimate Bell fanboy was disinterested.

Of course Longterm was proven correct because the share price is many multiples smaller today.

The Red Rock AGM was on 10th Feb last year and the chart says the RRR share price was then 0.35p.

I've no doubt if "Helpful" (Lundy) is going to the AGM today he will be congratulating Andrew Bell on a wonderful past year. 🤪 Even though todays share price is over 4 times smaller.

Considering you have got nothing to do with the DRC. Why the **** would Red Rock give you DRC inside information? Especially so when most on here see you as an underhand no morals conman.

Bell always said any chance of money he would be on the plane to Congo. Then once in Congo he would be sat next to the DRC bank manager to make sure all the money went into the RRR bank account.

I don't often look at his personal twitter but i was intrigued to see if he was in the Congo. But looking at this tweet he was wishing Red Rock shareholders an "Happy Shrove Tuesday" while eating dinner at a relatives house.

I'm not overly convinced Red Rock is leaky. I personally never recall any RRR share price rise that ended up being a leak that ended up being positive news.

Back in the day when i was waiting for the Greenland asset sale to complete i can remember watching the share price rise as we waited for a Friday after hours RNS. Yes the share price rose on a few ocassions but nothing leaky. Just rampers hyping.

Then again i haven't been here for eternity.
