go to the Curzon energy 1 year anniversary party today? It's 1 year to the day (4th Oct 2017) since they listed.

After todays 26.14% drop i can't imagine it was the most fun of parties

Booboo, the latest CZN rns says that they had $451,188 on 30th June. So who knows how much of that they have remaining today. I can't imagine a lot.

But like you point out total collapse in the Curzon share price today. Believe it or not it's one year to the very day since Curzon first listed on AIM. So maybe those agreed one year lock ins were kept and today they started to sell?

Although i'm not subscribed apparently TW did a podcast the other week and he said he will not personally attack any his friends in articles. So the like of Bell or PCGE's Richard Poulden he won't attack.

Also if you notice, TW will often praise Riverfort capital. Most PIs think Riverfort are just like YA but TW praises them. The reason is that his friend Brian Kinane is it's CEO and founder.

TW tipped Curzon energy and even just lately he said he still believes in them. Of course Brian Kinane is a director at Curzon and Andrew Bell's RGM invested £575,000 in Curzon. When Curzon listed a year ago most of RGM's Curzon shares cost 10p but today they are worth around 3p a share.

Curzon fell today by 26.14%. So another lousy investment by Andrew Bell.

Lol i'm sure he doesn't own any. A couple of Scott's sayings have stuck in my mind. I think i recall him saying:

(1) "i think there is a little something that will appeal to everybody" (NO THERE ISN'T)

(2) "RGM is like an onion. Gradually we'll peel back the layers to reveal what's inside" (i'll assume he means TEARS"

but i'm sure i read on his twitter yesterday that he and investors are visiting the coal mine next week.

Most were at 10p but they also got some free shares. It was explained in the RGM 28th September RNS:

"Regency subscribed £175,000 for shares in Curzon in a private pre-IPO funding round in 2016 and is following that investment with a further £400,000 at the IPO As part of Curzon's listing, Regency also received additional Curzon shares as payment of a 7% fee on its IPO subscription. Post IPO and including fee shares Regency will own 6,467,500 shares resulting in a 8.28% stake in Curzon."

Looking at the 28th June 2016 RNS it says:

"Regency further expects to receive a 7% fee to be taken in shares of Westport (changed name to Curzon) in consideration of a partial lock-up of its investment for one year."

So to me that reads RGM got 7% extra shares in Curzon because they agreed to a partial lock in.

Booboo the reason i think RGM may still hold all their CZN shares is because Scott was voted on the CZN board at the 26th June Curzon AGM meeting. Surely he would get slung off the CZN board if RGM had sold up?

By the way looking at the Curzon price chart:

On 26th june the Curzon share price was 7.88p

27th June they RNSed the AGM result which mentioned Scott had gained a place on the CZN board. The share price reacted and fell to 7.25p

Today Oct 4th the CZN sell price is 3.50p

Booboo let's say a company listed on AIM with Mambare as it's only project: i would say the share price would die a death. Main reason, no activity could happen during the long rainy season. According to the weather sites i've looked at the Papua new guinea rainy season is from December through to March + the months either side, so November/April also have unpredictable heavy rainfalls, so you would think from November through to April nothing could really happen at Mambare. PIs would quickly realise this and i'm sure the share price would collapse.

By the way if the rainy season in Papua new guinea is fast approaching then it's seems at present it's a dead duck promotion angle for RGM holders.

investment in Curzon energy looks absolutely dreadful. Yet again it's down over 10% today.

Curzon's Market cap is around £3 million but off the back of Curzon's RNS the other day you would think a £1 million market cap would look overvalued. I say that because the Curzon RNS said:

"While certain wells are showing gradual increased gas production rates, the wells have not yet achieved commercial gas production rates that would enable us to connect and sell gas into the nearby regional pipeline.

Of the five wells, the 1-21 well has shown the most promise to date"

So deeply unpromising RNS and this coal bed methane asset is Curzon energy's only asset. So because of that i could easily see the CZN market cap dropping below £1 million.

I don't agree with Okenia on everything but in regards to your first paragraph question Okenia "yes i have often wondered that".

Maggie you should contact the RRR chairman. It could be Mr Bell's next big investment for RRR.

He does seem to be a reckless gambler. I've said this many times before but if he had never found the easy life of AIM, and was instead getting money from his relations for his harebrained investments, then no doubt he would have made them all broke years ago.

You should all hold off the visit until good profits are announced, or else it could be a damp squib visit if you are all just going to visit a loss making coal asset.

Though i guess another nightmare scenario could go something like this:

After a long trip Andrew Bell, Paul Johnson, Stephen Pearce, Luke1 and Darren Hazlewood walk towards the gates of the RGM/LH coal asset.

In good spirits they all sing: "Somebody's knocking at the gate, somebody's ringing the bell"

Stephen: "Hang on the gates are locked. We are locked out"

Helpful you are so flip floppy because when Steelmin owed RRR the huge loan you would've been saying "don't worry If Steelmin don't repay RRR then RRR will get the ferrosilicon plant". You know what, it will be exactly the same outcome if Steelmin don't repay the huge loan to these Luxembourg lenders. So you are talking ridiculous!

It seems certain Steelmin won't be able to repay back the huge loan to these Luxembourg lenders and so these Luxembourg lenders will get Steemin's only asset the Ferrosilicon plant. Though because with present electricity costs it would be loss making if it tried to operate then you would think it would be pretty impossible to sell (unless Bell tried to buy it) and so an absolute nightmare and pretty worthless to these Luxembourg lenders. So it seems a nightmare situation for them.

Though of course my greater sympathies lie with the Bosnian Ferrosilicon plant workers who probably thought they had found a long term job. So i do feel sorry for them.

Curzon have an market cap of around £3 million and that is based on their only asset. Looking at that RNS i would personal value their only asset pretty worthless and so the Curzon market cap looks pretty overvalued to me.

I believe RGM invested a total of £575,000 into Curzon energy and they received 6,467,500 Curzon shares. So if they still hold all those shares they are now probably worth around £270,000. Saying that the Curzon RNS says Curzon had around $450,000 cash (or around £345,000) on 30th June 2018 and so you would think they would soon be attempting to raise money. So with a need for a fundraising and an unpromising asset i can see the Curzon share price sinking much much lower.

Of course back in the olden days on quiz show blockbusters the big question was "is the combined brain power of two people better than one?". When you look at the combined brain power of Andrew Bell and Scott Kaintz and their combined brains decided it would be a great idea to invest (and squander) millions with Stephen Moscicki, their combined brain power decided investing in car hire firm WHITE CAR would be a terrific idea, their combined brains also thought investing £575,000 in Curzon energy would also be a canny investment. You can only conclude that two brains is not necessarily better than one.
