That 0.25p sell price today was possibly the lowest ever share price at RGM; because if we reverse the 20-1 share consolidation that happened at RGM a few years ago; then todays 0.25p sell price would've been a pre-consolidation share price of 0.0125p: i believe a 0.0125p share price is only 1/80th of a penny. So although Bell brags in his tweets today i am quite sure that 0.25p sell was an all time low price at RGM.

And he's heaping praise upon himself. He tweets:

Yes booboo those underperforming Sept figures don't look great. I know some on twitter were on the surface impressed by those figures but they achieved almost a whopping £750,000 less revenue than expected and sold 25% less coal than expected. So to me that's definitely not good.

Yes i remember that pump article by Johnson. Of course later he was given the chance to buy Motzfeldt (i think for £350,000) but he decided against it: which of course completely killed his Motzfeldt ramp.

Again Paul is incredibly quiet on his RGM investment. I wonder if he's fallen out with Andrew?

this share price varied between just under 0.50p up to around 1,30p. However these past few weeks the 0.50p resistance was broken and now we are down to todays share price. So all share holders must now be massively down. To be honest that's the way it usually goes when you invest in a Bell company.

Some may have forgot (i haven't) but i remember some of the newer RGM shareholders laughing at the older losing RGM shareholders. It went something like this "You lost because you invested in RGM at the wrong time, the DOWN CYCLE! We've invested at the right time, the UP CYCLE! We picked the bottom, now don't be bitter and ..MOVE ON!

Of course some of those "know it alls" will now be down in RGM over 50%.

Most of the shoats creeks debacle has erased from my memory but I do remember Bell foolishly prepaid $148,250 for the LM21 well.

I think LM21 never happened. Did RRR ever get that massive prepayment back? I'm guessing not. Bell is so wasteful with money.

i think you are way off the mark when you try to blame MrMagic for this share price. So i think you should apologise to him.

I'm not wishing bad arthritis on MrM; because let's suppose all his typewriting eventually catches up with him and he starts to get bad arthritis in his typing fingers; then eventually he switches to typing with his nose; then after a couple of more years he gets sick of nose typing and he gives up the forums. Now if that happened do you seriously believe this RRR share price would suddenly start rising? Of course it wouldn't!

So that's why you should make him a sincere heartfelt apology.

To be honest with you Maestro i think that is one of the main reasons for this share price. I mean AB has been at the RRR helm for 13/14 years and in that time i'm sure thousands upon thousands of PIs have had their investments decimated because they foolishly invested in RRR.

Let's rewind back, a 25-1 share consolidation happened at RRR a few years ago, so if we reverse that 25-1 consolidation, the share price today would be a miserable 0.024p. I think my first RRR investment was at least 50 times bigger than todays lousy price; i guess thousands upon thousands of other PIs bought in way higher than me. So now we can understand why thousands upon thousands do not rate Andrew Bell and are not impressed by today rubbish RRR share price.

Now present RRR shareholders and Andrew Bell have got to hope that there is a huge numbers of new AIM PIs out there; if there isn't then unfortunately you are left with all the bittergirl and bitterboy former RRR holders who would NOT touch an Andrew Bell company for sh**

My personal belief is that many thousands of those former RRR investors do still invest on AIM; i also believe because AIM is a pretty grubby place then there isn't really an huge number of new blood who invest on AIM.

So to me that is my explanation why this share price will never dramatically rise; because thousands upon thousands of those RRR ex holders i believe still invest on AIM; and you need those huge number of bitterboy & bittergirls to invest in RRR for this share price to dramatically rise: but they are never returning to RRR while the incompetent one still in charge.

Of course that sucks for brand new RRR holders because they see no share price reaction to what they deem positive RNSes.

I say this because in the Legacy hill resources 2nd August news release, they talk about the Joint coal venture with RGM. This is what the Legacy hill news release says about the coal acquisition:

"On July 31st, 2018, Mining Equity Trust (MET) LLC (“MET”), a company owned by
Legacy Hill Resources (53%) and Regency Mines Plc (47%), executed a Sale and
Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of Omega Holdings LLC. The acquisition
includes fleet, equipment, highwall miners, and leases over well established
metallurgical coal seams"

So in the Legacy hill news release they seem to indicate that as part of the coal deal that the highwall miners were included ; but in an Andrew Bell interview he said the highwallers weren't included in the deal and they instead would be leasing them.

So rather confusingly the JV partners seem to be saying different things about the highwallers.

From your tweet Frank it looks like Mining equity trust are getting full use out of just one highwaller. I don't do twitter, so i'll ask you here, are they only leasing one highwaller now (instead of two) and trying to use that one highwaller to the max?

I agree with you booboo but in just over two weeks time Mining equity trust (or MET) will have been operating this coal mine for 3 whole months, so you would think at that point 3 months of cold hard figures could be given.

I've looked at some of the USA coal companies and they make their coal reports nice and easy to understand by breaking all the coal numbers down; so they list all their different types of coal, how much tonnage was sold in each, how much did each ton cost to produce, at what tonnage price did they sell each variety of coal for, what was the profits (per ton) for each variety of coal, of course they also give revenues + profits.

My big fear is, if Mining equity trust (or MET) soon give RGM quarterly coal figures, then i fear RGM chairman would just lazily clump all those quarterly figures together, so there would be no number breakdowns in the RGM rns, so PIs would be left scratching their heads confused by all those clumped together numbers. Of course if that happened then i suspect this share price would tank further.

Just my opinion but Andrew Bell has been next to useless in promoting this latest coal JV. I mean in one of his earliest interviews (after the 2nd August RNS) he was telling the interviewer that profit margins were good from this coal mine. You would have hoped a more competent chairman would've then made it clear in the interview or more preferably in an RNS, what was the average coal tonnage price that they got from Dominion, also what was it costing to produce, also what was the profits on each ton of coal. Also explain the highwaller lease costs and explain what impact those highwaller lease costs could have on present profit margins.

Unfortunately this chairman did none of this, he just left lots of RGM shareholders nervy and many have sold up because of it. I feel in different circumstances with a more competent chairman this RGM share price could've been now 1p. Unfortunately that's not to be because RGM shareholders are unfortunately left with the incompetent one. In my opinion more useless you couldn't find. I will end now because this is getting really depressing.

Yes booboo and he's also often pumping CGNR. So i personally find it strange, that he constantly pumps all those other companies, yet these days he avoids tweeting about RGM, even though according to the 23rd May RNS he still holds 60,532,617 RGM shares, or around £180,000 worth.

I also find it very strange that those two largest RGM shareholders, Mr Pearce and Mr PJ, decided not to visit the USA coal mine earlier in the week. It begs the question, are they still the two largest shareholders of RGM?

I know it's not going well for you in RGM but no need to take your frustrations out on booboo.

And it's just an hunch but I doubt it's any of the regulars on this thread are offloading RGM shares in to the market that are bringing this share price down. My suspicion is that one (or a few) of the over 3% RGM shareholders are not declaring while they quietly offload and collapse this share price. Who could it be? Well PJ is ramping all his other shares but the last tweet from him on RGM seems to have been way back in early September. Of course I'm not saying it's him but his twitter non RGM tweets are somewhat unusual.

That Rosa coal mine flutter you had, when you reckoned Rosa would be in full production by Oct 31st last year. Of course that didn't happen so you agreed to take a year break from lse. So on November 1st you can return. Though i'll understand if you decide never to return.

I agree on all your views of disappointment about the USA coal visit. All the photos i've seen of investor Silkyflows on his USA visit, is numerous photos of him in different car parks. I know photos of coal mines aren't supposed to be glamorous but we've seen virtually nothing. And like you i would've liked to seen a group photo of some of the smiling coal workers. To be honest from the photos i've not seen one worker yet. So all a bit of a letdown so far.

You are being ridiculous. I was actually thinking these past weeks that there was so few posts on this thread that at least the RGM promoters couldn't blame the lse posters for the declining RGM share price.

The day after the RGM coal announcement (so 3rd August 2018) this share price had risen (for a very brief 10 minute period) to over 0.75p but today this RGM buy price is around 0.37p. During that period this chairman had done numerous interviews so you can only conclude that PIs, even the the larger RGM shareholders simply don't believe or trust this chairman when he told them that profit margins would be good (from the coal asset) and within weeks a profit forecast would be released. It's almost 2 months since that interview (Andrew Scott) and this chairman still hasn't released a profit forecast. This chairman was the one who had built up RGM shareholders expectations of a profit forecast but he's once again let shareholders down by not keeping to his word. So i would say this chairman is the reason this share price has slumped because a vast number of PIs simply don't trust him. Of course if a more trusted chairman had been promoting RGM then it would've no doubt instilled great confidence into PIs and no doubt PIs would've confidently been buying into RGM. Alas that is pure fantasy because we are lumbered with an untrustworthy chairman and the buys have dried up and the nerves have truly set in. Even a deathly silence from the RGM twitter pumpers: even they are apprehensive. Which on Bell's past reputation is perfectly understandable.
