I think as long as you had the shares on yesterdays close you will receive your RI shares at 84p , also I think the share price will drop to £1.30 very quickly because of the diluted shares ie:
1 992 032 634 [shares in issue yesterday close]
2 979 443 376 [shares issued in RI ]
4 971 476 010 [new total shares in issue]
£3 884 463 636 [m/c close yesterday] + £2 537 962 962 [money raised in RI] =
£6 422 426 598
6 422 426 598 divided by total shares in issue now 4 971 476 010 =
£1.30 [equivalent value now after RI]
That's why I think we will be at £1.30 on Monday
anyone who bought at around £2 yesterday will loose about 35% but will make about 35% gain from 84p Ri shares, so whether you sold or bought yesterday £1.30 share price on Monday will balance out. The problem is the £1.30 value is based on a company that has a good outlook in the short to medium term, unfortunately because of the pandemic I think the price could drop well below the £1 ,wouldn't be surprised if the price drifted down to the RI price of 84p until a vaccine or a very good saliva test [ AVCT about to launch such a test in the next month or so}
Ragh ,yes and yes. we have been diluted by 60% £2 to £ 0.82 also 1.9 billion shares to almost 5 billion shares. I sold yesterday and will try to buy at £1 or less. Second wave incoming will also damage the share price further
If they can make this work we could be flying before July..
