On the one hand - this is AIM and it is a magnet for unsavoury trading activity and corruption...many of us have been on the receiving end of this. So what TMT said could......just could have wings.
On the other hand, we all know (and the NCM interim has confirmed this) that we have something very tangible now. What is discovered, cannot be undiscovered. Could be 7MOz could be 17MOz. We have all that copper too, to offset the AISC, not forgetting a purpose built plant @ Telfor. If GGP was a lager, it would be the best lager in the world!

Not forgetting the sale earlier this year of atleast 130 - 180m shares in this stock....it barely dented the sides! Not even Covid casn derail this beast.
Short of a genuine and unforseen disaster (like blowing up an aboriginal artefact by mistake (or was it?)) this stock still has legs......lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng legs.

At the start of last week leading up to friday night - posts on this forum (from dozens of newbies) were reflective of the detritus humans are capable of when sheer greed comes to the surface. It was like a feeding frenzy by piranha's.

Known unknowns:
Low ball bid for remaining 25% of GGP.
Ejection from the ETF: "GDXJ" if our MCap drops below threshold.

So my personal goal is to hold until the end of the year....atleast.

I concur with other posters comments that at and around the inclusion to the GDXJ index, we have been swamped by persons unknown who have come out of the woodwork and embarrassed themselves with juvenile and totally irrelevant sycophantic posts like: thank you Mr "X" for changing my life", "I'm making room for a Lambo", "I want your baby". I bought using my mother in law's savings", I have £300 left, shall I invest on Monday". WTF !
Please, can we show some decorum on here when the flag goes up on Monday morning and return to some sanity and civilised conversation (preferably about the future mining plan for GGP/NCM) so that we can base our calculations on technical rather than squirmy comments about how rich people are going to become. Horrible people and so glad I never have to meet them for real.
It's so bad these newcomers have frightened the big hitters and technocrats away FFS!

Octopus: if that is your plan, get in early on Monday because of the demand from GDXJ which could and is expected to drive the price hard next week.
In the perfect world, one would sell SOLG now, buy GGP until end of the year (after MMRE) and then buy back into a stagnant Solg.
The question one has to ask is: will the Solg boat have sailed by then???
