WRT the EGM from CGP - there is a part of me (the frustrated part) that wants this to not only happen but for it to succeed. Assuming what you suggested, comes to fruition and we are forced to sell @ 50p, it atleast makes everyone on here richer and it breaks the stalemate that 'could' go on for months yet.
The other part of me tells me that in reality CGP are talking thru their a r se and have virtually no chance of carrying this out successfully.

AS I have said before and repeat again: there is NO loyalty to NM from anyone on this forum (nor should one expect there to be). The ONLY reason to invest is to make money, not win friends. 50p will do me nicely thanx.

WRT GGP, I bought in on May 18th 2019 @ 1.5 pennies and I bought a lot, an awful lot. But if I told you how many...I'd have to kill you after ;)

What do think GGP is worth then with PoG at or around $2000. AISC @ Hav @ around $1000.
and reserves of atleast 10MOz (I know, I know....but trust me...thereis atleast 10Moz down there!).
The plant @ Telfer is already up and running so no infrastructure costs, the copper in the ground will easily offset a lot of the recovery costs. And much of the mine is box cut and decline in the early days. Bulk mining is ridiculously cheap (relatively). Why do you think NCM is eager to start mining within 3 months....yes 3 months mining starts @ Hav.

Miagi - it's OK to be miffed having missed out on the biggest bonanza in stock trading for decades. Remember it's never too late and I for one think we have only just passed the half way mark.

Care to read the clause about paybacks by CGP a little closer?
I think you'll find that the 'debt funding' afforded by solg to CGP will be paid back when income or dividends are generated. So I re-iterate...$52M (current estimate) will be owed to Solg AFTER PRODUCTION and out of the monies that CGP will be making from the mine....IE a free ride up to and including the BFS.
Once costs are incurred by SOLG (and their JV holder (Barrick)) building the mine, CGP will be expected to pay back circa $400m.

I estimate your holding in Solg to be around 4.5 to 4.8 million shares ;)
I estimate your NPV (Solg/GGP/OMI) to be : 'enormous' and good luck to you.....you will have waitied long enough. I only hope your wife has the patience to wait any longer too!!!

If Solg get bought out - does NM get his money back from Citi?
