so...consolidation works in theory this way (as you say) we reduce the number of shares by lets say, 90%, 10 for 1 reduction. SP in theory remains in line with this, 90% higher...but in reality it drops, it always does.
pretty soon, you have an SP 20% lower. funding is required and so equity is released (this happens ad infinitum with Valyrx) and so the SP is watered down, before you know it, you have gained back 50% of your consolidated shares in new watered down equity and warrants and the SP is 25% lower than it was before the original consolidation…
i admire (in a way) that some of you are prepared to keep buying more to average down. i admire your tenacity, your hope, your blind crazed fingers crossed hope (i was there once)….
only you can know what is throwing good money after bad and what is not. i wish everyone here well, myself included, but, this company is being run, VERY POORLY.
