Good Luck Oil_Beast…………….. i am now, 99.72% down. It would cost me money to cash in the confetti that i have left. im just watching and waiting now, knowing that this will spiral into decay very shortly. When i started watching shares on AIM some 6 years or so ago, there were 52 pages of them on the ''London Stock Exchange'' board. currently, there are only 45 pages. at 20 companies per page. I seriously think the BoD of this little pile of poop, needs to be seriously slapped (verbally of course).

I came so close, SO CLOSE, to breaking even a few days back. All i needed was to hit 0.088 and boom, BOOOOM, i would have broken even. I guess i just have to wait. Congrats to anyone who made money. if im lucky, i might break even one day ;-)

Also, there are several other aspects to an extended well test that will be being performed during this time, such as, shut in test, API quality checks etc etc, so, its not like they are siting around doing nothing whilst waiting for planning permission. it doesnt work that way. time is money.

I think, imo, (i have worked in the oil industry for 20 years but offshore side in Norway) that for oil, lower than gas, we would cut off and cement the oil column. we would produce the gas and re drill an oil well. this is because if you do it the other way around, the potential for gas migration from a perforated gas section, into the oil column and into the annulus would cause more issues than you need. so, produce gas from a dedicated gas well and oil from a dedicated oil well. the only time that i have used both together is when we use gas injection to bubble the oil to surface and this uses produced gas, from the well, to be reinjected.
This is of course all in my limited experience. i am not a driller, just a controls engineer.

Alan-by-the-sea… i get you. i understand and, you are correct, of course you are. I have actually done very well out of KOD. I took out 14k profit a couple of years ago and so in all honesty, i am on a free carry at the moment, so, i cannot complain, or maybe, should not complain. Yes, they are dilligent and yes, they are an exploration company not a mining company but, i suppose, i get impatient every now and again… im certain all will come good again. Like i say, ive nothing to concern myself with, im on a free carry at the moment... I do hope this makes everyone a huge return on their investments

testing, proving the ore, proving the mine size, testing more drilled holes, drilling more holes, extending licenses, proving the metalurgical content, testing, sending to labs and working out how the mines will look, rechecking, testing, drilling, diamond core drilling, sizing the potential peaks and troughs, testing, sending samples and taking more samples and confirming potential……………… not so good at.... actual starting mining, or getting someone to start the mine up.
