This company makes 60 million and has a debt of 3 billion and possibly a grossly overestimated value of their estate. Surely its only a matter of time before it goes pop or pre pack.

What a terd of a share this is.

Once you start selling of your properties and leasing them back it usually a sign you are on your way out and on a slippery slope..I guess as long as the directors can keep themselves in wages thats all there bothered about.

Looks like this one will just slip away increasing debts loss of contracts ,90 per cent of aim stocks go bust looks like this will be one of them. They just seem to seem to dissolve along with the shareholder s money If they raised the bar most of these companies woud nt exist.

I have a friend who works at one of their sites and is leaving soon. he gave me a history of the company and how it was being run. I hope anybody invested makes money but i certainly wont be putting any money on this one.

This company owes about 3 billion it makes 60 million. The banks cant bin it because the value of the properties has probably in real terms gone down to about !.5 billion. Basically its stuck.

It did the same thing about a month ago but dropped down again over the next few days.I was hoping that some one like GKN might take them over for a small premium.They did give the new finance director 500000 option shares so it could mean something. I think this once traded at 70p in the good old days .

It does seem odd after the results .

Was,nt a divi mentioned in the refinancing?

I dont know if this is true but a friend of mine said that the silly buys like 1 or11 are codes from brokers to each other regarding info on that share.

Cant be long left they managed to quadruple their losses.Ditch the shareholders and the banks will let them carry on. , and just run it down to try and get their money back although they would be better putting there own man in i woulndnt trust the bunch of numpties running it now.

Is this a share ripe for consoldation I know they had a rights issue but ive seen it happen before or is there a time limit between a rights issue and consoldation You know how these companies dont like to see themselves as penny shares even though thats what they are.

The dread ed word on the aim market. the pre packed admin the last bulletin was was rubbish.again the directors just carry on getting paid and not performing so whats new.

The management here really don t have a clue. I guess they were just lucky to have caught the upwind of all the credit excess. Now its time for the last wrights for this one call the priest.
