There seems to be little bit of buying going on over the past few days cant see any reason for it but then the punters are usually the last to know. Maybe they have won more jaguar contracts here,s hoping.Its a long shot

Pre Pack possible? get rid off the shareholders directors carry on as normal running it for the RBS. Maybe float it again in a few years if it can make a profit, simples.

Im afraid this company is probably doomed nigher debts lower income .Just spiraling down slowly to extinction.Like so many aim companies they do well in a time of plenty and easy credit when the banks are happy to lend money to anyone. If you are going to invest here think carefully.

Not good and probably going to sink. another great aim company. To much borrowing int the good times.Oh well the figures point to a downward spiral, possibly a death spiral.

Does anybody think this share will get consolidated in the near future.Its quite a large outfit just to be a penny share , can anybody see dis /advantages to this?

From what i understand they have debt of about 3 biilion yes 3 billion and only make 60 million profit that is about 35 x. They state their estate is worth about 3 billion which I am highly skeptical about this .There is no point in the banks torpedoing them because they would lose to much.Where does it go from here answers on a beer mat please.Probably nowhere.Is the price rise due to professional punters trying to get the price up a bit so they can bail out.

IT IS WHAT IT IS.. This company expanded when times were good it has had to close factories and sell off land to pay its large debts due to these expansions.Its a gamble its like a balloon going down there throwing stuff out in the hope of getting height.if it manages its great, if it does not it will hit the ground and basically expire.I know they are trying hard to turn it around .If the debts keep rising and their turnover falls then thats not good.Good luck all you pays your money and you takes your choice.

Hotel Chocolate is very trendy i dont know whats it exposer is round the country but it has sites in the south and is in John lewis. It is probably twice as expensive as Thorntons or maybe a Little more .

I think their finals are in Feb and as all other car dealers seem to be doing well why not Pendragon. Spoke to some one in the finance department and without saying anything about information that could be sensitive he certainly gave a positive vibe about going in the right direction.

Went into Hotel Chocolate packed out, passed , Thornton's empty things move on brands die. Thorntons will live on though but only as suppliers to other shops where i think they will do well eventually once they have removed themselves from the high street and all those expensive leases.

If you are thinking of buying into this company i would think carefully before parting with your money I got out on the uplift and now just have the profit invested. but that looks quite dodgy now. So be careful but as with all investments we have to make our own decisions. Good luck

I looked at the Vertu website who are on the acquisition trail they seem to have no prestige franchises where Cambria do , jag and volvo sites and in places where Vertu have little exposure Would Cambria make a nice fit for Vertu I would have thought the prestige models are where you want to be if you are motor retailer.Its probably me putting 2+2 and getting 5.Just a thought 30p will do nicely.Is it right though that they have 80 mill debt.

This has recently been given a dog + rating by jonny fang of woof investors.It is an update on his previous calls of buy,, sell hold dont hold go short go long ding a long. Which idiot said this was going to go to 14 p, brokers man there as good as tipsters in the racing pages which is not good at all.

I reckon if this goes below 3p its goodnight.
