I know this was a direct listing, but I thought the 180 day lock up rules were still in place, must have been 90 days.

In any case, the audacity of the owners to have their 'OwnWise' gimmick to convince retail to hold up to £2000 worth of shares for a year just to receive a 5% bonus. If I were a holder I would be a bit worried that there will continue to be a flood of shares being sold onto the market over the coming months.

I think it's lockup expiry day, insiders selling off probably.

I'm guessing that this must be approaching the 180 day lockup period if it went public on April 7th. I can never guess which way it will go during this period - for example when the DoorDash lockup date came they started releasing a string of news and partnerships and the price ran from $140 to over $200 where it is today.

With the weak IPO performance and relatively little interest so far, I wouldn't be surprised to see the early backers exit, however we do know that DeliveryHero thought it was undervalued at 250p.

Pound strengthening against the dollar today is not helping.

Bloomberg suggesting Ginkco Bioworks will be merging via SPAC with Soaring Eagle Acquisition Corp. shortly. This is another holding the SMT team have had for 5 years. Will be following this one for sure.
