Transfer of ownership? I have today lodged a complaint to to the FCA market abuse team and also the STOR team. My main complaint doesn’t quite mirror Devs but does follow similar lines. I have provided the names and addresses for Tim Kempster, Darren A****er and Kevin Taylor. I have also complained about Zak Philips. I have highlighted that TW stated he had emails confirming impropriety by FRR but these were never produced, very unlike TW as I reckon he’d have posted them all over if he had seen them, I complained that the report of emails had a material impact upon the SP and that they were followed by a concerted effort to drive the SP downwards by a ‘group’. I also advised that the NOMAD was advised and that I believe that pressure was mounted towards the NOMAD by a ‘group’ to try and force the NOMADs resignation. I also advised that I believe there was a concerted effort that is proven proven by post and tweet timing that there was a move across several shares FRR/FLYB/VRS over differing time periods to put out misinformation to swing the share prices for material gain by a group. I went onto complain about information released by a group regarding the YA debacle and that the misinformation about a placing in lieu of payment may well have been via insider information gained from another of the interested parties. I named both parties I believe may have been complicit in providing this information. Lastly I drew there attention to the ongoing court case and that I believe it would need monitoring and indeed investigating if the result is a find against a director of a UK company. Lets see what happens.
