Keef, he has tried twice to elicit hostile takeovers and block the company from alternative finance in the few years he held loan notes that he bought for a third of their value and FRR was almost put out of business back in 2016 by this guy until FRR took him to court and there was a settlement done and he got a place on the board.

I don't think the rest would be happy but it was so. However he is now put in a position where he has preferred his own company over FRR and you cannot subordinate fiduciary duty. It seems like he has and for his own company to benefit out of his failings.

1onic..the writer of the post you put on here earlier maintained that failing fiduciary duties to FRR was no big deal as his loyalty lay with Outrider.. however in law you cannot take a precedent of one company over another.
In Cayman they take a very dim view of directors failing fiduciary duties and log asked me to prove it...

Personally I think Hope demanding a Director role was probably met with some wilful glee by SN as he would not be able to help himself and try to exert his loyalty to OMF over his duty to FRR and this was always going to happen. The email convo where Hope keeps reminding the BoD that his payment is due was enlightening with the reply....yeah we hear you but just wait a bit lol.....until the default then weve got you bang to rights lol playing him at his own game.
