Loaded indeed SR... Subsequent actions by YA prove there was no default to start with, it was their bungling and rash decision making that got them caught with their trousers down...

With circa 1.5 billon headroom shares available, I think YA aided by a simultaneous short attack by WShak et al were sure that they could get the VWAP under 0.2 possibly lower and the death spiral would have taken us to new lows and with no chance of raising finance anywhere and even YA pulling the plug and leading us to liquidation and having to give up B12...I think this was the plan, but YA got it horribly wrong and have now had to back track..WShak stopped short at 0.22 when they were rumbled with the forward selling. In fact it was only a few days later that the magic 4 million odd figure showed up and someone on here spotted it.

I think the 3 well campaign and especially zone 19 successes panicked them.
