Won't be getting sold anytime soon. They are needed to maintain the creaking copper network while simultaneously installing the new pure fibre network. BT want to be the main pure fibre network supplier to other operators not just another SP relying on renting network connectivity like SKY etc do.
By 2025 the majority will be in place and bulk migration will be at its highest level. Openreach will be the medium to over see this. Once completed then the copper becomes redundant and Bi!lions worth of old copper recovered. All going into BT coffers.
The workforce will probably halve or more saving hundreds of millions in the process per annum. Openreach as is, won't be attractive to any investor unless they own the new FTTP network and BT aren't going to give that away.
What they might do though is to contract out the copper part for a set period with the promise that they will run the FTTP network once built, but they will never own it, just maintain it.
IMO.
