The only license block with a new 25 year license is the West Rustavi block which is primarily operated by Georgian Oil and Gas.

They have bought percentages in licences where the 25 year license already exists through the previous operators Georgian Oil and Gas, Norio and Iskander. The licences started in 2001 so have 8 years to run but have the proviso of 5 year extensions.... The same set up as us basically.

If I have read their report on fees paid to Georgia in 2017 they amount to $1,042,000. I presume for the license block fees.

I note $727,000 is paid in kind with the first 17,103 barrels of oil. That deal was struck when oil was around $43 a barrel.
