So what triggered their panic in the major RNS? Maybe they have a billion short on us, who knows, but by us taking them on legally means we will find out.....

That's not the point though FG... immediately FRR disputed the first then second notice.. a few days later..then they served the 'purported' default notice the same day ??

We paid in cash and they returned it wanting shares instead. But we need clarification of this even though YJ say we paid it.

Secondly, why only a few days after the first notice, then serve another which then is presumed to create a default over the whole deal on the SAME day????Doesn't make sense. It smacks of desperation by YA...

If we are taking this on legally, then be sure this is watertight...we haven't lost a legal battle in 20 years. Weve had many. This time YA might just find themselves cancelling the debt, because my mole says they have been caught out being very naughty..hence a major dealer asking that their clients close short business on FRR. Note they didn't advise long clients to close....nudge nudge wink wink....

1onic.. you're correct sir and many on here have pointed it out... circumstances of all sorts from oil crash to Outrider to hostile takeovers meant we had no choice, but now we do and they don't want cash now...just our shares..

Conspiracy, I know, but I can't help thinking YA or someone there is the leak about the arbitration. We were around .6 mark at the time and negotiating the new deal...it was in their interest to flash crash the SP and it worked...

Probably Star, we all know how the RNS are full of holes half the time.....

They don't make the choice in lieu of anything, the company makes that decision...it seems YA were the ones who wanted shares and not cash, but that wasn't the deal brokered as reported in June Financial update RNS...

So they create a flash crash, knowing the notice will have to be RNSd and create panic to enough lemmings for them to get back the shares...

Zaza knows it...
