I agree Parker, what else can that mean? If they are mining actual Bitcoin it isn't a hypothetical test. It's not like printing some money and ripping it up again. Once the block has been created on the chain it is permanent. The mined Bitcoin is then a commercial reality for someone, so how can you say it isn't commercial. All QBT needs to prove is that they can mine more Bitcoin using their IP than without it.
