As per Brainsparks results, it is dependent on funding from QBT, and QBTs basis for being a going concern is based on its ability to raise funding via an AIM placing (or though other external sources (non dilutive funding, revenue, Sipiem settlement would all fall under this category of money via external sources).

The audited accounts specifically mention this. So yes, Brainspark is reliant on QBT raising money, so a QBT placing.

Well said Tyke and I do agree, but imo you have misunderstood what Brew is doing here. His posts are well calculated to mislead and misdirect. Why? You'll have to draw your own conclusions.

When I challenged him yesterday, he stated clearly that QBT would soon have to raise money via a placement to fund Brainspark. This is just not true. Is it libellous? I'm not sure but there are laws in place to protect companies and investors from strategies like this and people like Brew.

Here's a theory, Brew's paymasters at GSA Capital think that QBT will have to raise big soon, in order to fund Brainspark.

And they have instructed him to share that info to further benefit their short position

Also, you're taking a big risk thinking there will be no pump before next raise. Any bit of positive news could quickly send this straight back to placing price. The current mcap is almost same as money owed from court case. So SP is clearly undervalued already.

It's not directly related to QBT, but it does stop fleccy banging on that Bitcoin has no use case/value. Maybe he'll quit commenting on this board now his main argument is redundant. Just to be clear fleccy, you are saying that the ability to pay for goods and services at 100 million outlets, using Bitcoin from your own hard wallet, without all the transaction fees associated with banks, is not a valid use case. Is that seriously what you are saying?
