Yes, im going on the fact that last time OPEC made cuts it took many months for them to make an impact. It wasn't a case of cuts made and oil price started rising instantly.

Brent crude could easily hit $40, all oillies will be affected. I feel more pain ahead in the short term. I have loaded up at the wrong time thinking we had reached the bottom last week. GLA
