But at the same time the company can raise millions from placees whilst withholding those results.

Then one the placement is complete the company can release the results wiping out the placees discount.

None of those placess will complain that information was withheld from them that the company knew would affect the sp and make the placing expensive.

Have a read of zenith energy website and what they do. We've gone from lonny managing the projects to zenith energy instead. That appears to be a step up in scale.
