If i held the same views as you I'd take my 25% loss and try make it back somewhere else. I can understand it can be difficult to sell at a loss, but if this is going to crash like you say then it appears you lack the *alls to act on your beliefs.

100 mil shares and we give away 50% equity to farmee. Then sell the asset for £500mil. The company recieves £250mil at 50%. £2.50 a share for shareholders.

600 mil shares, and we sell the asset for £500m. Works out to 83p a share.

Even if we gave away 50% we would be 3 x better off come special dividend time.

It's ludicrous the board and some posters here can't comprehend that.
