"The Company has identified a further 2 wells to be included in its ESP Upgrade Programme and will provide an update as appropriate. Any previous production objectives announced by the Company in relation to its ESP Upgrade Programme no longer reflect the outlook of Zenith's new operational management. "
MP wasn't delivering results becasue there was a lack of detailed geological study underpinning what he was doing. And he would have probably succeeded with Z21 with a more powerful rig . IMO he just got frustrated and this job wasn't working for him . Sometimes it happens
Some said earlier they have very little income for development work. The operations manager has left and the new one is yet to start. So possibly they are conserving money and betting the farm on these rigs from BW robotics. And it may be politically unwise to hire and fire staff
Not something that AC would lay out explicitly in emails
True but this is BW robotics and they quoted 90 days some moons ago. Look at it this way - the rig is not being used by somebody else, its been worked on. Looks like a service repair. The complex assemblies are intact
Do they even have to paint the pipework? I would just spray some Hammerite on the rusty bits . Should we send some over?
The BD 260 rig is not the same as the BQ 500 rig family. This rig is being refurbished and is having some welding work and replacement pipe fittings by the looks of things. I'm not sure it will need 65 containers , isn't that the spec for the BQ series?
I wouldnt be too pessimistic about timescales - it could be on its way next week
Anyway its not the IPPC permit thats important, its the other permits to enter the wells. What good would the IPPC do - there is no money to build the plant and there is no raw gas to feed it
there are / were many red flags . Permits to re-entry pg10 and pg11 were such a red flag becasue that requires fracking Some of these were ironically highlighted in the presentation to the Oil Capital Conference in Feb
Many companies still aren't into this internet marketing thingy. Their market is small and introverted and is based on personal contacts. A salesman should know everybody in the business
thats my explanation for the limited amount of detail and I'm sticking to it
"Investment that would have created SLOVENIAN jobs. "
How many Slovenian Jobs? Very very few I wager. The jobs are in running the pipe distribution system. Importing gas is not a problem becasue they pay for it in Euros. If it was their own currency then AST would have had its permit
it feels like they are not sure about fracking. Earlier they said it was safe . Perhaps the political climate is changing, becasue these arguments are mostly political
