whats the clear strategy? JB identifies an exciting prospect, but needs money...that could come from either a settlement to this dispute or a fund raise.The first isn't going to happen this year atleast. The second option feels credible and PIs are excited by the fundraise and it is successful .

I think there is always an element of bluff and theatrics in legal action. AST has said they have changed company leadership, cut expenses by 50%, reduced headcount in Slovenia (should have been done long ago) and are prepared to wait it out
