Shocking service level, cannot change some policy details, then have to wait 30+ mins on the phone. No follow up email confirming change and not visible on site.
Then I wanted a quote for a new car. I had to put in "ALL" the details they already have. I gave up and went to go compare. Took 2 mins to get a quote as all my details had been saved
Glad I sold out, shame but they seem to have lost their way
