In amongst all the hard $$ metrics, assumptions and estimations what is the value of CCS. Nobody seems to be able to attribute a possible $$ value.....interesting in itself

Good to kick some numbers around. However, the reality is this

1. We are not doing the deal

2. We dont have access the detail within the deal

3. We dont even know what assumptions are being used to calculate values etc

In fact at this point we are probably seeing around 10% of what is involved and how figures are derived. The rest is pure guess work, simple as.

DD may be done......almost. They may just want to monitor the here and now. See if growth/revenue is stable month to month. This would be a true indicator of performance and prove beyond doubt this is the real deal. This will take a number of months conclude hence the continued extensions IMO. Either way, feel we are on the home run now

May see the SP actually rise if there is no takeover. I dont see any premium in the SP as it stands today.

On top we should get some company specific news rolling ie Europe expansion

Has always been to extract cash from SQZ and load as a debt vehicle IMO . So divi likely to be paid near term by increased debt. Then add 210m capex spend with a big dose of the unknown tax landscape. You then have a recipe for a substantially lower SP...:-)
