Divi still need to be passed at AGM. Based on Labour / NS position will the divi happen.

1. We have grown substantially in the last year, but the SP is now at the level it was prior to the strategic review

2. Still a possible deal on the table. At min some commercial opportinies that have come out the Madison talks

3. Undervaled Vs growth

4. Some hot money leaving

Sounds like a service/product with big growth potential. Shame we are not getting comms from the BoD on all whats happening.

We are not standing still, far from it. We either get taken out or re rate based on our fundamentals / growth

There is very little free float here and with the amount of buying we should start to recover soon. Looking forward to the AGM, dont think there has been a date published unless anyone knowns any different

Totally agree, terrible RNS. They painted the worst picture, threw in the big numbers not the attributable costs nor revenue etc. Holders interpreted incorrectly and panicked. I had to go through the balance sheet to work out the worth of PLC element of Japex etc. I did not get panicked out, but bought more. However understand why others rushed to the exit. LBH mcap was not big prior to the RNS. Looks like it had been AI generated without proper context

Looks like they are preparing to demerge from LJP. Im hoping we get some ££ as part of the split, even if its enough to get to farm in / CPR update. I for one would be glad to see the back of Helg and his failed Norge strategy

I have been adding and now have 1.25% of LBE. For that reason I will be keeping a very close eye on BOD actions. I just think Asia opportunity is to big to egnore

Hagis, agree, we still have many avenues here and the SP could quiet easily return to previous levels. I am going to stick my neck out and say the SP will be higher at the end of the year Vs where is was prior to this update

Any positive news will be a catalyst for a proper move higher. Personal thoughts, need to sell the stranded Norge assets, re capitalise plc and focus on Asia. I do believe there are many roads that can be taken at this point by LBE. But the bod need to be decisive and move fast.

That aside I did think the RNS release painted the worst posible picture. Hopefully there will be a positive outcome at the AGM

There is other option - Japex take the 50.1% of the JV, leaving LBE Asia to go it alone
