Some people cannot accept that shares move up and down. Dropping 10-20% is no big deal and can be healthy

De merger will happen. Big pharma will buy in at this point and get a foot in the door. No early takeover IMO.
Get to understand the tech, commercialise (2021 f'cast) at this point an offer is likely.
Launch SP will be interesting twitter pole ~90% say £200m ++
