Only a concern for the impatient. As mentioned many times, the key is to unlock the geology. Sinking a few lucky holes does not mean we have a mine beneath our feet. Understanding the geology will prove we have a mine beneath out feet. We will be able to extrapolate the numbers with confidence.
Our ability to do this means a JV on good terms or we go it alone...........simples

There aint a big seller. Its just PIs tend to buy in these round multiples. There is probably 000's of PIs who hold these sort of multiples. Its just there are more sellers due to no meaningful news at the moment. I believe it really is that simple, no big conspiracy theory

Dont have L2, but my guess is that the strike price is known and the SP is being managed down to the strike price. Most people seem to be buying at the bid price. You can bet your house that the funds that contributed in the last raise will have been guaranteed a sweetener at the strike price, vastly reducing any SP impact

Lots of smallcaps have been structurally destroyed SP wise over the last 2 months. Will take a lot to get back on track even with good news. We are 1 of many and I hold a few others in a similar position
