Whether a buy or sell, it looks like a worked trade at a prior agreed strike price ie 324. Personally think the price was walked down to shake out sellers / weak holders to do the UT at that price.
Lets hope the markets behaves and we see a bounce going into results

Agree, these are future products, think about the broader Enterprise AI market. Darktrace wants to develop its Self-Learning approach, think compliance and changing regulations, data privacy, productivity, systems, processes etc. Such a vast market to grow into. Could be that Cyber is the core offering, but mass scope for add ons. I work in the Enterprise space hence excited about the future

One of the reasons Im here is for the scale of DARKS IP covering AI & ML. I'm also keen to see what the next family of AL/ML products that sit outside of security and are currently being worked upon.
For disclosure, I work in for a global service seller inc security products. Hence I understand the landscape of these types of service offerings. Today clients dont often provide requirements as the landscape changes so fast. Its down to the service seller to provide overall solutions. generally the more you own the more you can offer, either through development or acquisition.
So I sense DARKs direction of travel.

Regards shorting the company, the house broker should be taking action if needed. If shorts are at play I would expect some closing going into results. There should not be any downside surprises based on the last update.

Everyones definition of cheap is subjective. Thats why you have analysts stating a range ~ £5-£10

For me this is now very cheap based on growth, retention and IP

Took my first sizable position in #DARK today. Taking into consideration the recent corp update combined with todays over zealous drop. Next months results should propel #DARK back to the £5+ range. Doing DD I'm in the camp of this business not being fully understood by some analysts. Early profitability could be a massive catalyst here
