No only 23k, had to buy some HMSO and INTU this morning. Too many bargains out there.

CNA is awesome for day trading, it keeps on moving in the 130-140 range all day long. Have made 10k so far this year using CFD's. Though dont have the balls to hold through the results.

It will get very interesting here post 4pm when shorts will scramble to close or pay the divi. I just had to top up this morning due to this.

Brexit is absolutely amazing, means newbies like me can buy bargain assets. Look at Intu's Spanish properties, they have actually appreciated in value, crazy. Not sure why people in the UK are so negative in this sector, INTU and HMSO have the best retail properties in the UK, I cannot see their allure going down in terms of rental income.

Not sure why the share price was down almost 10%. I thought the write-downs were quite muted, was expected $2bn. I think it might just be the Pension funds selling due to no divi. This is a bargain asset class, far better value than anything out there, the rental income and occupancy have not moved. I see HMSO down as well, will be topping up on those since I need to diversify.

Umeed, agree with you. I think management are on the right path. Plus these write-downs may be on the prudent side, lets see how much some of these assets sell for, that will be the true acid test.

Who cares, look at the value you are getting in terms of NAV per share. All discounted in the share price.

Correct me if I am wrong. The debt they have is secured against individual assets and hence they would have to fall by more than 50% for them to be at or above 100% LTV. The debt does not sit at the corporate level. Plus their occupancy is high due to them owning the best assets out there.

Well, then they will have to remove their REIT structure.

I am balls deep in this and HMSO to the tune of 250k. The sp is a bargain compared to book.

This time next month we will be wondering why be bothered panicking.

Tell me about it. I am thinking of going b*lls deep into this if it goes to 500p. I will just sit on it and collect the cash. The zero debt is the icing on the cake.

Am putting another 100k into this tomorrow. The numbers are too compelling. Even if earnings half, still twice as attractive return as IGG.

Shareholder value has already fallen by more than 50%, how much lower do you want it to go, £1? I am sometimes astounded by how people are naive to see a bargain when it is staring them in the face. There are many on here who plan to top up on the dips, including myself.

Plus based on their current capital ratio they still have some headroom.

Why do you think they will go bankrupt? They might need a rights issue for additional capital to maintain growth. This is a storm in a tea cup, thanks to which many of us have picked up some cheap shares. This time next month alll will be forgotten and the share prIce will be back above £15.

I think that is the gist of it, this thing has lost half it's value and no way is it going to lose another 50% since that would give it a PE of 10 which is a screaming buy for a growth stock. The mkt cap loses >1bn value just in case it may need 300m? I like how these shorters create such low entry points for us young un's, thank you Chris Pinodey.
