What Speculation?

It mentioned in RNS Kaching posted. We are also currently in negotiations to secure project financing for one of our longer term projects. Due to the visibility of potential future contracts and the continuing increase in licence fee revenue we have found that banks and other financial institutions are very supportive

I believe it would be used to fund expansion or summat.
