Chesh: i have been a holder in MTR for about 2 years. I don't write much on this board now but i did when i took my first chunk. at the time i was one of v few people who wrote positive things about MTR. This was before the copper discovery and just after MTR fell to 1.7p ish. In this context 5p seems v reasonable. You should show more respect to others.

Casey: thank you for your question. i was referring to the options (2-3p) and issue of equity (excluding sprott) to directors and insiders over the last 18 months. Its just frustrating. but i am a long term holder and truly believe in what we have.

Mmm. Not sure 11mill+6 mill = 17 million. 150000÷17 mill = 0.9p This includes the fees. Normally fees to do placing are about 10-15% So i think the placing price was 1.1p which is what i was suspecting. I feel sl conned. I might be completely wrong

they may make it drop hard on monday morning before it rockets later. does one take the 20-30% profit or gamble 100+% profit.? not easy to gamble when most other shares down.

but why was this not suspended until decision and why will it take 1 week for a decision? the only reason i can see is that the judge and his allies want a piece of the cake as a reward. or then again this might just be a pump and dump. who knows??

If the judge was NOT in favour of OEX then he would have made a decision today to that effect.

we all knew that a placing was coming. i never thought it was going to be at a premium.

Helpful. I have read through your posts and you are clearly more knowledgeable than I am. Are you still a holder or have you sold? if you are still a holder, what is your outlook and would you recommend topping up at this point? and am I correct in my understanding that you are in favour of the current board? thanks in advance. <I completely understand that you may not be able to answer on some of these questions given the complexity of the situation>

I have had dealings with Mr Jennings. I have full trust in him. He knows what he is doing. We had a similar situation with pfp. Some people were moaning and complaining etc. But now everyone agrees that the changes he brought about were good. Shareholders will benefit. I am not his friend and i do not know him personally. I have 2000000 shares in this and i am annoyed we are where we are. He has my full support

You have to give management some credit. They did save our bacon by preventing us from subscribing to those 10p shares! What a joke! My investment is worth peanuts.

I am hopeful that we will see 0.75p soon.
