If Sarah Cope is indeed making us investors sweat it out instead of trying to keep us well informed and onside, it shows symptoms of executive class arrogance, a stupid strategy in my opinion. David Sefton and James Berwick are two terds I wouldn't touch with a bargepole, and are prime examples of arrogant executives. Let's hope Sarah stays classier than them.

Drilling goes on through holidays - they have to pay rig rates and salaries!

From the 29th Jan 2021 Plateau Resource Update RNS: "The Company is planning additional shallow drilling in the top 100 m from surface to infill and extend near-surface gold. Deep drilling at Plateau is not expected until a gravity survey, planned for April 2021, is completed. This survey is being designed to confirm a target at depths beyond 500 m."

We should be getting regular shallow drill updates at Plateau (and perhaps Bell Rock) between now and April, and that should provide useful input for the Plateau preliminary production scoping. Hopefully we can find a JV partner on the back of that who can also carry some of the deep drilling costs, freeing money up for drilling at our copper prospects, which look pretty juicy if l may say so.

I sympathize with those patiently stuck with funds here while bitcoin and cannabis stocks go through the roof. Out time will come - l believe the next six months will see some jam delivered.

The Plateau scoping study will be useful for us to value the Plateau resource, and for Rockfire to use to attract interest for future JV partners , for example.

Copperhead looks very interesting, with what looks like a large volume of mineralised rock, over the main magnetic body, which is accessible from surface.

As to jam tomorrow, isn't that what investing in early stage companies are all about?

Economic cut off grades will obviously depend on the price of copper and gold, depth of resource, extraction method etc but 0.25 CuEq% is eminently feasible. Looks like we continue to drill through mineralisation as we have no news this morning, so certainly looks like we have a big 'un.
Size will support lower grades , if that becomes an issue. Which l hope it won't!

ROCK like many shares,seems to fall back in any quiet periods as interest wanes. Can't help but think they could do with some kind of better PR strategy to keep investors engaged and bring new ones on board, especially after a big announcement like the JORC upgrade which should have seen a bigger rerate imo.
I found todays RNS reassuring, in that this NED, Patrick Elliott, gets paid in, and holds, a lot of shares, and therefore his interests are aligned with the rest of us PIs. (1,152,861 new "Fee Shares"@ 0.87 p per share.He will hold 10,001,351 Shares, representing approximately 1.20 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.)
He has 45 years of experience so I hope he is using all his contacts to find partners for Marengo exploration or to develop Plateau.

Holding tight through thick and thin is not always a good strategy, and after being burnt in a couple of companies (Sirius Minerals anyone) I am always suspicious of BODs, especially when they start getting involved in too many financial shenanigans with the city bankster types. TILS so far has not raised too many red flags, although the announcement and roll-out of Accustem has been highly incompetent in my view, and the blame should lie with the CFO, imo.

Well done on your Goldstone Resources (GRL) bet. I too invested there and its a sign of maturity (or stubborness) to hold for so long. If it was a dodgier African government than Ghana I would have been out of there in a flash, but glad I held. How did you come upon that investment?

Regarding the Willem Middelkoop interview, it was obvious he was referring to XTR - who else could it have been?
Anyway, glad people now have confirmation and are convinced.

Regarding the RNS, I am glad we have confirmation drilling is going to plan, and we are into mineralisation. I wouldnt get too caught up on the minor sphalerite (zinc sulphide) just yet - the main story is copper and gold grades and porphyry volume.
I expect another drilling update on Monday. All looking good so far.

EP granted at last! Phew! That was a painful six month delay! Well done for hodling ( something young people are doing a lot of l believe).

Operations to commence imminently, estimated first gold pour being within two months ie by early Q2 (April).

New application to the EPA for the Environmental Permit to cover expanded mining lease in respect of AKHM, including the Homase North and Homase Central pits. Should be granted within 90 days, but may take up to six months so won't hold my breath!

What are people's mcap and sp targets today, and at the next two milestones, first gold pour, and expanded EP?

I expect a nice rerate on today's news.

MM games, big order being filled, or indeed money that would normally be rushing to precious metals and miners is getting sucked into crypto instead? I agree with you though, the mcap here should have at least doubled after the Plateau JORC update and the sp should be north of 2 p.

I've been in early, like @Sagacious, and I have bought at 0.4, 1.1 and 1.5p.
Haven't sold a bean to date because I expect good news to flow in Q1 of 2021!
I wouldnt discount the possibility of underhand news manipulation in stock markets though - there is a lot of it about.
On bulletin boards, twitter and indeed company RNSs.

The 18th Jan 2021 RNS from ORR, however, shows this company has great projects and newsflow ahead of it.

Rockfire Resources plc (LON: ROCK), the gold and base metal exploration company, is pleased to announce that a gold-in-soil anomaly has been identified from soil sampling at the Jeddah Gold Prospect ("Jeddah"), located within the Company's 100%-owned Lighthouse tenement in North Queensland, Australia.

Jeddah Highlights:
· Jeddah is located 2 km southwest of the Company's Plateau Gold Deposit, within the Lighthouse tenement.
· In May 2018, Rockfire announced high-grade continuous rock chip samples at Jeddah, including 10 m @ 1.68 g/t Au and 8 m @ 1.23 g/t Au.
· A cohesive gold anomaly has now been detected by soil sampling at Jeddah, covering an area of 250 m (east-west), by 150 m (north-south).
· The anomaly is defined by a low-order zone of + 10 ppb Au, with a peak value of 62 ppb Au.
· The gold anomaly is open towards the south and the Company plans to extend soil sampling in that direction.
· Jeddah is an early-stage prospect, requiring grass-roots-style exploration, including geological/structural mapping, extension of the soil sampling and a ground magnetic survey.
