Strange day of trading. Dropped first thing on no trades, failed to move up from (what look like) decent sized buys, then two 150k sells at close of play. Any ideas??
By accident or according to plan (can’t decide which)this looks like a perfect storm here.
First tranche of buybacks cleared out any large sellers. IC note bringing in a raft of new investors, then to compound that significant upcoming news flow and further buybacks to encourage people to buy and hold. Only one way from here.
Thanks boo, yes that adds up with the figures - cheers.
The only timeline we have for KIT-E drilling is ‘early 2020’ right?
Share buy back for maximum of 155,917,230 Shares with 37,095,690 so far bought and cancelled. So is it still ongoing? Not seen any RNS’s recently for the buyback?
Agreed on all front kamikaiza. Can see this hitting 2.3p resistance this month, breaking 1.5p with volume is very significant I think.
Will you folks stop buying the dips so quickly. Couldn’t grab any shares at 10.4p before it went NT. Having to use a FoK
Hi Quad, I have been here for a good few years now but can’t remember a premium placing. Maybe just before my time. I email JV a fair amount and he’s pretty responsive. Will maybe send him another this month with some ideas for spreading the word.
Informative interview, thanks for sharing. Looks like we can expect a healthy upgrade yet again in our NAV.
In terms of improving the liquidity JV seemed to reference the limited and tight supply of shares being held by a few individuals including himself. I would support a premium placing equal to say NAV (so maybe circa 18p+ with less conservative valuation of LS) as this would be a great show of support however not sure how likely that is. It would also increase their spending power in other projects. Exciting times here either way, I hope whatever they do involves meeting institutional investors and bringing them onboard.

Another good step up in infrastructure at Tema
Beat me to it. Revenues in 2018 were £6.7m, so we already have more than £6.7m booked as recurring revenue for 2020?
Anyone have the rough copper and zinc break even prices to hand?
The guys a joke, I would prefer SDX to distance themselves from him. Reckon he was chummy with PW so hopefully any relationship with Malcy has/will subside.
Hi all, well after a long sabbatical I rebought my position in SDX last week. Think my highest buy was 60p a year or two ago, getting back to there would certainly be nice! Looking forward to drilling updates soon and year end results in March. Hopefully be a lot higher by then. ATB All
Surprising to see ascendant 6% down on that PEA announcement. Maybe some profit taking after the good run they’ve had.
Fantastic update, will need to look into the detail later on but those headline figures look impressive.
I see we’ve acquired some new long term shareholders with that update today! See how many are around in a few weeks/months. This share brings a new definition to the phrase ‘slow burner’ having held for many years now, but the outlook for the next few years looks portfolio making. Good job JV
Yep been keeping a close eye on ASND and it’s up again today. That move plus the further ascendant payment, plus gold at 7 year highs will do our NAV a world of good. I certainly like the sound of testing 15p, tomorrow should be good given we closed NT. Hopefully PEA next week to get some momentum going.
Happily surprised as the NAV update yesterday, expected our ascendant shares to have a larger negative effect but looks like our precious metal holdings made up for it.
Ascendant announcement last night announcing that Lagoa Salgada PEA won’t be released till early Jan.
Conservative majority, Trump trade deal and contract announcement tomorrow. Might happen? :)
My intention wasn’t to bring other shares into it but as a general point. Nonetheless as you’ve asked I made a post on the shares BB I’m referring to this morning. The daily volume there is so large any of you guys buying wouldn’t making a jot of difference so I’m not trying to ramp anyone in, simply making a point about the alternatives for capital. Btw I think there are others too but that’s the most obvious one.
