Just catching up on some posts, good detective work and discussion. Will have a re-read of some of the latest 'notes to editors' too as it sounds like i've missed some juicy hints. News can't be far away on DTU, Helios, Nitrogen etc.

Yep, I'm keeping more of an eye on the price of copper than the MTR share price at the moment. Very comfortable sitting and topping up when possible.

Two great announcements, resource upgrade and commencement of 22 hole diamond drill campaign. Should create a bit of sentiment and news flow over the coming weeks and months. Surely won't be trading in single figures for long!

Will keep loading up here with a long term view of years not months. Fully believe in the £1bn mcap goal in that kind of time frame, and it won't be down to dilution due as SH elequently explained. Based on that time frame, SDX is one of the best risk/reward plays out there imo.

Fair point on first gas at SD though, i am also doubtful and think q1 2019 is more likely. ATB

Yes I noticed the shakey; the second well has just been logged with more pay that the first well, expected to produce 2000 bopd when brought into production. We obviously then get our cut as you say. So could be producing 8000 bopd gross from Meseda in the near future

Very happy with the results, and a great interview from PW. I'm struggling to find a better place to park some cash for the medium to long term. Will keep slicing in when I can at these levels.

It will be good to see how confident we are on that 8000 boepd target for year end. If that $3m per month is now closer to $4m with higher PoO and discoveries coming in. Also the cash position will be interesting considering the recent eureopean investment announcement.

Any more info on SD with reserves, customers, pricing would be great but not expecting too much there. Am I missing too much? Just from the top of my head, many more knowledgeable people here than me. Maybe some reports from workovers?

Brent crude up 2% to $76.5 - great timing with results round the corner. Very confident here and looking forward to Tuesday. If net backs are anywhere near as expected I’d like to see us push towards 80s, but this is Sdx. ATB all

All the traders seemed to have bailed, leading us down to where we were before the recent announcement.

Expect to see this push into low teens just simply from value investors and LTHs accumulating funds at the rock bottom levels. Would be a good base for another update on where we stand on LS. Have a have weekend all

Ridiculous valuation at this MCAP, as you say, trading well below NAV. Would be good to see some director buys down here.

I know we saw some TR1's for large investors reducing their holding. Would be good to see them return with some more shares.

Have I missed a specific piece of news or is the market just slowly coming round to the high likelihood that the Iran contract (and you know, the other one after that) will land? All imo of course

Looking forward to tonight’s news, will certainly be interesting tomorrow and next week. I think it may take a few days for any news to fully reflect on the SP. No doubt there will be shakes and drops to tease us out of our shares.

We all know the value here as superbly highlighted by bonks and 162. Undervalued without new discoveries sub 4.7p. So unless we’re talking about triple figure intraday movements I’m sitting tight. Exciting times

Just to clarify any of my postings, all are purely opinion based with no additional knowledge. None of my posts should be taken as fact. All I try to do on these BB's is share research and pose questions to those with a common interest to mine (HNR). Certainly none should be taken as accusations aimed at anyone or any group. I have no idea as to whether any individual or group is involved or invested in HNR, if that has been inferred then of course I retract that.

Evening Noodle, haven't read all the posts today but i think I get the gist of your thoughts. Thanks for sharing and well made, interesting to read through.

You mention 'who has that many shares to sell' and arrive at RP as a theory. Have you thought that these huge volumes of selling are actually just orchestrated shorters looking to rinse the sp for their 20% and repeat (TW?). The reason this raises a question for me is last year at the annual results we were roughly 27p if memory serves. Following that, and for little logical reason imo, we saw a decimation of the share price down to 12p where we had a PB placing. That stank of something fishy to me, and i've always thought the forces which pushed that down have always kept one eye on HNR.

I personally don't buy into the RP selling warrants idea, for a few reasons. But i'm not sure what the regulatory laws are around announcing that kind of thing. In terms of projects thing your bang on about most of them, I do see WD as a great medium term play but nitrogen is the short term catalyst. At least our other shares put us in a good mood for the weekend. ATB

Anyone suggesting ‘significant drills results within the A4’ could be bad results should be thrown alongside ‘that’s the wrong type of copper’ naysayers. Why is it significant if A4 missed and worthy of a trading halt? We’ve got 6 more domes after this one! It really is a laughable thing to suggest.

Agreed both, I mean we’re under cash and liquid assets right now! Let people see/do the calcs and we’ll have investors coming in.

Well run company, great balance sheet with low cash burn, no debt, and focusing on raw minerals resources (which I’m very bullish on). Would love to see some director buys down here to give us some more confidence. And yes, I also averaged down shaz, doubling my holding at 8p today. Happy to sit here for a while longer patiently. ATB
