I am not following thr logic, 5 million has been taken off the books and that is a good thing. The JV is just for Texas as I understand it I think the 5 million clean slate covers Petroquest.

Doesn't thr $5 million loan they put or or cancelled mean they are not funding anything for this project!

Sorry for being a little slow here, but he never recieved anything from anyone hence his court case. He has now been allocated said shares and those as highlighted at 2.2p as noted in the RNS.

I dont see where you are getting the 2.2p for the cln, yes there was deal done in 2023 for J.White which everyone knows about now but the RMD ones are documented at 4p.

If not the TG there are some pesky players who are and will continue to be annoying until PPP is back from suspension. As you noted 53% is the dilution number, thats not an issue is it, how else does a company pay for its operations until the oil money comes in?

We are atill talking less than 300 million shares where as many similar are in the billions without a sniff of oil potential if Ukraine/Canada other locations in the US.

This is obviously my uneducated opinion as no doubt many will tell me, but its my opinion none the less and I am sticking to it. This BOD have been a breath of fresh air with multiple updates good and bad but they are keeping shareholders updated and not hiding under a rock.

Well as it was this BoD brought it to shareholders attention instead of hiding like the previous bod would have done I am very comfortable especially knowing it was never and investigation as you put it.
