As I have written before, a lot has happened since that RNS, Texas being one major factor. They wrote in an RNS that once all compliance is finalised they will then apply for reinstatement(not word for word I admit). And this is the "latest time line".

But it is clear in the RNS as you posted earlier, no need for extra clarity but people need to understand the RNS.

If JW has had the shares added to the company register as per the RNS and does the appropriate formal filing in line with his regulatory obligations forthwith I cant see how his shares holding wouldn't allow him to vote in the upcoming AGM

20 months is long enough to finishing dotting all the ii and Ts. I like this BOD but they need to get a move on as there cant br any surprises that have popped up again.

None one is treating JW as an obstacle as its one person theory thats all.

Ultimately not knowing what the "Compliance and Governance issues, of which there were many, and today remain few" are is the frustrating part

Just keep checking for RNSs late afternoons as that seems to be when they pop up

I never said it was fair and if I could flick a switch to return PPP to trading I would. You read the same RNSs as me and I would love this back so all those who want out can jump and those who remain and believe where this could go to stay, this would for sure help with getting special resolutions past
