Think todays markets will take a large knock but will recover quite swiftly. Here in UAE there’s little news apart from int’l news channels giving small coverage. Let’s see what the bell brings. Thankfully an RNS not released today.

I do know why I am holding it's also about understanding what's happening within the organization and being presented the results from Q4. I wouldn't say that is anything bad. Perhaps your comment is misjudged

Was hoping the RNS would drop today not sure what the thinking is by holding on to it.

If an RNS drops on Monday morning as well as the FT article giving some good light this weekend we’ll attract some great attention. Let’s hope Q4 results drop by very soon as the SP is on a great journey. May I ask what impact Putin will have on markets if his ludicrous plan to invade another nation actually materialises. After reading that it comes to me that there is no one for serenity:

Shafiq: The focus is on Serenity at the moment, which we could move forward to development after appraisal. We have been speaking to a number of counterparties, as we have told the market for a while now. But we would also listen to farm-in proposals for Minos High, which is attached to Liberator.

You will know that the Liberator drilling was not as successful as we hoped it would be, but it did confirm our geological interpretation of the area. And that is that Minos is connected to Liberator, is connected to Blake, is connected to Tain and is connected to Serenity—our view is it is just one big structure. So the Minos prospect is pretty large and there is some interest in that.
Shafiq: The farm-out market is not dead. I think last year there were c.20 deals done, including some relatively big ones in terms of commitments. We have had our [Serenity] data room open for a while and one characteristic is that it just takes a long time to get a deal done. The appetite reflects the volatility of the market in general.

We remain pretty optimistic that we are going to get a farm-in to Serenity and we may be able to announce something quite soon. If that happens, we will move forward with appraisal on Serenity. And if that appraisal is successful, we will move Serenity towards development and hopefully also explore the Minos High prospect.

**so does that mean the Serenity is dead as where is the comment of "We're waiting for funding confirmation"..... Let's hope Majid isn't making the same mistake by dangling carrots again, we know what happened last time.

I agree with G_G_G that their PR is pretty woeful in terms of messaging. A dedicated (not just about the job but also a passion for the role) should be tweeting, LinkedIN, gaining reputational value on Crunchbase, glassdoor etc but what do we get.... jacksh7t apart from website updates, RNS release's. To get the markets aware there has to be a marathon of continuous plugging of I3e in all sorts of media attention. Like Tony said there's either nothing to report or they're preparing news.
I know they're aware of this board so lets hope they're reading of our frustrations on news.

Lets hope it's not June like when they released "Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2020" Otherwise we've 5 months going on past end of year results.

How can it be bad form? Do you not look at the 3mth, 6mth & yearly % growth? Also perhaps look the date is the 24th so only 2/3rd's in to January a week left yet. It's Monday the market has to react to weekend news, decisions etc, once that calms down you'll see Tue/Wed there might be an RNS. If not then it's just a case of waiting and when news breaks I am hoping it breaks in repeated RNS cycles, not one long biblical-sized release.

I know I’m impatient but the lack of news on the backend of 2021 was frustrating but looking back at the RNS releases they are keeping us informed by releasing news more often. Just wish they’d pull their finger out and let investors know what the hell is going on. Are we going to have another year of carrot dangling ?

With good news being pumped on the NS front, let's hope i3E is invited to the party. The news cannot come at a better time whilst oil prices are at current rates.

Didn't Majid state by year end we'd have an update on the serenity f/o? I looked through a few videos from that past few months and it states we'll have news before the year is out. Though no update on the last RNS about it, would this better to be quashed now as he's been dangling the carrot for a year now. I see the Bleo Holm changed crews recently (End of Nov) and to me that is prep for a new drill program perhaps for Q1 is this a sign of movement perhaps albeit Respol still are in contract with them for another 2 years. I'm happy either way just frustrated with statements that say they're going to release news when in reality it's another misjudgment of timing. Happy New Year to all holders, here's to another year of progressive growth.

I appreciate your input Tony it's welcoming however with regards to CAMBO there were still several farm-in/farm-out through this period so I do not think personally this is a Cambo thing. They stated before the COP26 that the deal was more or less in the bag. I ain't in no rush, I would just wish that Majid would stop giving indications of timelines thankfully he was absent on the last video so Graham really handled it much better than it would of gone had Majid been there. I think Graham does a much better story than Majid having loyalty due to his heavy commitment towards the company.

Tony if the Serenity is pushed back then they should say so, they've strung this on for far too long now. EIther put it to bed or give an update so as stakeholders we know. It's common courtesy and throughout the year its always referenced at the end of RNS announcements that a deal is in principle agreed and they're waiting for financial validation first. To me the investment landscape should of been conducted by now.
For now I am thinking there is no more news this year from i3E and it's all on the H1 results next year? Albeit Majid said by year out we'll know......Perhaps the markets in canada will be the release for such news?
